breaking point – recovering

I found a place where I could talk and started therapy again in September. For a while, things felt stable.

But a month later, I crashed hard. I had a mental breakdown at work, and my boss got involved. That led me to a structured therapy program.

Three days a week, I attended sessions: creative therapy, talk therapy, relaxation, movement, and one-on-one guidance.

During this time, I discovered something important — knitting and writing helped me calm down. They gave me a way to process my emotions.

I also learned to understand my body, to recognize the signs when I was becoming overwhelmed.
