Moving forward

After six weeks, I started to feel better. 

Today, I’m still on medication and still seeing my therapist twice a month. Healing didn’t happen overnight, and it’s not a straight line. 

But I am learning. Every single day. 

I’m learning to listen to myself, to think more positively, and to keep going — even when it’s hard. 

My story isn’t just about pain. It’s about survival, growth, and slowly finding my way forward. I am still fighting everyday, but slowly i am getting better.
