A setback

At 22, after I got married, I decided to stop therapy and medication. I thought I was okay. I believed I could manage on my own.

For about five months, I held on.

But then the thoughts came back. The pain returned, and I started hurting myself again. I couldn’t get out of bed anymore. Going to work was a huge task. I realized I needed help — and this time, I chose to seek it myself.
